WebKite Goes to Silicon Valley

WebKite is going to fly the farthest it’s ever flown! This week Governor Tom Corbett and WebKite founder Eric Silver along with several other Pennsylvania entrepreneurs will travel to Silicon Valley. The trip is a pivotal opportunity to promote Pennsylvania as a hotbed for emerging tech startups and build connections with venture capitalists.

“It’s really exciting to join forces with Gov. Corbett, Carnegie Mellon University, and over a dozen Pennsylvania entrepreneurs to build bridges between Pittsburgh and the Silicon Valley,” said Silver. “By promoting the Pittsburgh region as a center for technological and entrepreneurial development, we will increase opportunities for fundraising and job creation.”

During Silver’s week-long Silicon Valley trip, he will be participating in round table discussions with technology growth advocacy groups and meeting with venture capitalist firms such as Andresseen Horowitz and Kleiner Perkins.

“This trip will put the WebKite platform in front of a lot of key venture capital firms and demonstrate its incomparable value as the next generation content management and vertical search engine.”

Inventory-based advertising is a better way to advertise

Since we're generating specific ads based on a business' inventory, ads are only shown to customers that are ready to buy those products.

This mitigates waste and ensures that you only get clicks that have a better chance of leading to a sale. Inventory-based ads help you skip past the bartering and get right to the sale. Meaning you can spend less time maintaining ads and more time taking care of your business.
