An Inside Look Into the Mind Behind WebKite

Tech Take Out is a pretty rad thing that the Pittsburgh Technology Council puts together. It’s a tiny video that focuses on “bytes of entrepreneurial wisdom and advice from local business leaders.” One of the most recent episodes focuses on our founder, Eric Silver. You can digest some of Eric’s outstanding insights by watching the video up above.

Early YouTube reviews say this video contains, “Great advice about framing entrepreneurship around an industry and not simply an idea.” Pretty rad stuff!

Pittsburgh is swarming with entrepreneurs who have a lot of great advice they just can’t wait to share. Luckily, the Pittsburgh Technology Council has collected many of those thoughts and published them in video form. If you need more inspiration visit the Pittsburgh Technology Council YouTube page.

Inventory-based advertising is a better way to advertise

Since we're generating specific ads based on a business' inventory, ads are only shown to customers that are ready to buy those products.

This mitigates waste and ensures that you only get clicks that have a better chance of leading to a sale. Inventory-based ads help you skip past the bartering and get right to the sale. Meaning you can spend less time maintaining ads and more time taking care of your business.
